I don't have it either, very annoyed as lots of things have gone from my game, I just lost all my gold bars I had collected for no reason, it's like playing a basic game, nothing christmas and don't even get the mystery mountain at weekends, all becoming very boring and thinking of giving it up!!!

Hi @Karencamm .I'm sorry that,,you don't have the event I have it . But, it's messed my phone up like all the time the event is on. It doesn't load up .And when it does load up. I don't even get to collect the rewards the pets rewards you. So annoying.

@Lady_Choo .aah .I see. I do have the event. But, my game is not loading now. It was OK when the event started but; now its not loading.

Hi, I would suggest firstly that you log out of your game, restart your device then log back in and see if they appear.
If not, please go to the help centre within the game and contact player support. They can look into your account which we cannot do here and hopefully be able to tell you exactly where they have gone π€

Was disappointed when opening the gifts. Would have been better if you gave coins or more boosters. Giving lives was not appreciated. Boosters or coins to buy boosters would have been more welcome

Hi @Snow_Rider and @Lynette I am so excited that I got this event! I love all of the petopias. Whoever created the petopias events is a genius! This is a great way to get more players participating in prs.
