Hi @Perlinpinpin20_ it is one of the house rules to use English in the community. Apologies for the delay in responding, it is still a holiday and we are only volunteers.
But just to let you all know, the studio are aware. Luckily for you player support aren't allowed holidays 😏
@rania we do not have a time frame as the community managers are on vacation now and we will not get updates like we would normally, so all we can ask is that you keep checking for game updates and hopefully the studio will be working on it. I am not sure how their vacation time is on top of the fix time sorry.
