The gold bars I won didn't show up. How do I get them back?

This event only runs for 4-5 days at a time so it ran once in January and again last week. I was at the point both times where I was collecting gold bars. The event ended before I obtained all 50 bars, so I only completed it once. I had won at least 20 bars both times and hit the bar that said ‘collect bars’ but they didn’t go into my account.
I’m playing on an IPhone 13 and yes all updates are done.

@Rosac had you completed the event already? I ask because sometimes players complete the event and then it allows them to do it again...but you only get the bars the first time, so they wouldn't get the reward more than once.
If you have only completed it once, let me know and I will let the CM know. Also which device do you play on and are updates all done?
But then I would request that you contact player support from within your game, as they can look into your account and see if there was a problem with them. We cannot do that here in order to protect your details 🤗
I had the same thing happen twice! This morning I received notice that the pet growing event ended and that I was going to be awarded my gold bars. Then an error message came up about it not being able to complete it.
Last month, same game, same message. I never received those gold bars too. I should have received over 59 gold bars in total. Thank you.

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
