I know you don't use 4G, but just to rule out WiFi strength issues, could you try it just once? im sorry for all the questions. Ultimately im guessing its the sheer volume of the game but if i ask you it all now, it saves me coming back and asking later. The more information we give the studio the better, if it doesn't help this time then hopefully they can apply it for the future. We answer the same when we have issues with games too. Complete don't think I'm in any way discounting your issues, I'm not. I'm also pretty sure when Petopia ends, that it will go back to normal.

No, ios17 is fine, that is what mine runs on.
Are you making sure you close all the other background apps so its the only thing running?
I have to ask this as I will be asked to check. You will have more than 2GB free on your phone at least I am sure.

I have an iPhone 12, it’s been updated. The last version. Will it have something to do iOS 17 I got an iPad as well it’s doing the same on that to/weird.
Which device/version is it? Unfortunately some devices just don't like the extra memory it uses 😒 I assume your device is updated to the latest version as well.
I did all that, I had to instil it. Then delete the game. It’s doing the samething!

Have you tried clearing cache if on an android device? Make sure no other apps are open in the background and you have at least 2GB free space. Its because Petopia is running and uses extra memory.
As regards the harvesting, its a known issue that you can read about here.
