Under Investigation: I cannot pass levels 7482 and 7525!

Hi players!

We’re currently experiencing an issue with levels 7482 and 7525. We understand how frustrating this can be and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our studio are already hard at work on a fix. Sit tight, we’re doing our best to resolve the problem quickly for you. Please stay tuned to this thread for updates as we progress.

Update on level 7525:

While there is an ongoing investigation to fix level 7525, @Lynette found a way to pass it and kindly shared the trick. To learn more, please follow the link.

    hi, I need some help with this level.

    It doesn’t appear to be dropping enough crystals the way I have been playing it. I’m still left with 15 to get. I can get as low as 7 just pressing bombs 💣 and nothing else.


    I’ve tried boosters, and even the golden bear booster to clear the screen but still only a couple of crystals drop.


    What am I missing??

    Any help would be appreciated :)

    I'm stuck on level 7482. I csn not get enough of the crystals. I've checked YouTube and they can't get through the level. Help!

    Impossible to pass level 7482. Even with the booster the clears the board. Not enough crystals, and not nearly enough moves. Please fix.

    I agree….looks like King has finally done it, created a level that’s impossible to complete without purchasing extra moves! I refuse to pay so screw u King 😡

    They did this on purpose so you will have to purchase extra moves to complete this level 😡😡😡

    I agree, this level is too hard, it needs either more moves or more diamonds - I will report it to King and hopefully we can get it fixed.
