The studio are looking at this level. In the meantime, why don't you enter some of the contests for when it is fixed? (link is under my signature) Unfortunately the adverts are in testing and so only random players get it right now.

7482 I play on a pc and do not get extra moves from watching ads.I have one gold bar.Four friends are helping ? not enough diamonds come down this level is impossible with out extra moves.

Same kinda crap they pull in Candy Crush…..they do this on purpose so you will use up your boosters, gold bars, etc. and buy more! Frustrating but I refuse to pay to play!
