I lost two rounds because store is not working. I tried to use my gold bars and not working. Is anyone else having this problem and where can you get help

Its often down to the demands of petopia right now annoyingly. Could I have your device/OS version, your app version and your profile ID please and I can add it to the list for the CM 😊
