I can only get enough purple to rescue 2 pets. There is no way to get all four. Is anyone else having a problem with this level

I made sure the two first Pets were at the bottom of the level before releasing the butterflies. Butterflies always save the highest Pets. You also need to paint more pink/purple blocks so there are enough.

I was able to solve it. You need to get cage around the two outside pets and then go to purple for the two in the brick area. It is tricky, but doable
I'm having the same problem. I was able to save 3 pets, but there's no extra butterflies coming down. I need help.
