An update is coming!
Keep clearing cache and cookies, but Facebook seems to take longer to approve updates.

you are very welcome..my co-mod said it might be that the fix comes to Facebook when the new levels arrive. I know from past explanations that it's harder to update on the browser edition, much easier on mobile devices so that be why it's maybe taking a little longer.
I'm not saying that is what happens but it's a possibility.1

There is no worthy reaction I can give to that one. I have an image of a squeaky clean browser all shiny lol. I have asked the CM if she knows of anything. The studio have said less complaints are coming through which is good….but it seems to be all PC users now. Can I have your player ID too, just in case she needs to see if anything is blocking it. I can only apologise as the update has been sent 😒

@tobeychappell I have an idea one last thing to try.
Go to your facebook settings, apps and remove the app. Clear cache and cookies. (don't worry progress will still be there)
Restart your computer.
Open Facebook, find the PRS and click on play (usually towards the top of the official page) cross fingers and accept permissions. See if that works!!
It probably won't BUT you have tried everything else!
