mystery mountain has new levels coming. They are in testing so I've been told.
We are aware of the issue on 7663, a fix has been sent to all devices but for some reason seems to not have come through to Facebook yet.
The community manager is looking into it with the studio so all we can ask is that you don't use any boosters and maybe play on another device. The studio do appreciate it's frustrating. -
Cleared cache, cookies, etc, again this morning. Played 7663 again but it is still stuck although I have received daily challenge and critter carnival which worked fine. Thank you again for all you do and look forward to 7663 being fixed so that I can play 7664 and onwards.

at least you got something. I'm so sorry about the delay, all I can say is it could be something facebooks end which requires more than just king to sort. I have no idea though I'm just going by past experience. Thank you for being so nice about it, I really hope for all your sakes it's fixed quickly 🤗

Hi and welcome to the community.
The fix has been issued to all platforms BUT doesn't seem to have come through to the Facebook version. You cannot do that yourself it will update automatically. All we can advise at this point is to make sure cache and cookies are cleared and if you have windows 10/11 you could try downloading the app from the microsoft store and play that way.
