Lost everything?

I was in the middle of working on the new levels and when I went to the next level I went back to level one and I completely lost EVERYTHING! I signed out and signed back in…it's still the same level one. My pic is gone and everything. I beyond upset. Before anyone asked what device I'm using it did it on my phone too. EVERYTHING IS GONE!

And how am I still lisamo on here but on the game with my password and email won't take that and started me back to the beginning. Just randomly signed me out….I've been going back and forth with King…all they need to do is change my ID# back and I'll be set…it even gave me a different ID# This is ridiculous!

Hi @lisamo from what I've seen this appears to be a Windows problem that many players are also experiencing.
It's been reported, so hopefully a fix will be on it's way!

This has just happened to me also, all my money, friends, boosters and levels gone!! back to level one like a new player, on my pc and my phone, please help

Thank you! I thought it was only my game doing that. I play on a computer. It also put my back to the beginning. I am also getting computer signals too when I log on.
