We've heard from some of you that after our latest update, the game hasn't been working on your Windows app. We understand how frustrating this can be, but great news! Our amazing team has resolved the issue π

I did get an update per instructed
The problems still persist.
1.) The autogenerated new User ID after the update still exist. Cannot log in because the e-mail address and password signed in to King are linked to the previous account. My right User ID is the same in all my games, please see the ID below my signature.
2.) Due to a different account generated, it's back to square one.
Can you please have the Studio fix my game and restore my previous account? I lost everything. π I don't want to start over. π₯

All of my boosters have disappeared and this is not the first time this has happened. I'm done. . . π
