I can't play on my PC

Hey Pet Savers! 🐾

We've heard from some of you that after our latest update, the game hasn't been working on your Windows app. We understand how frustrating this can be, but great news! Our amazing team has resolved the issue 🎉

To get back to your game, please update your app again to receive the fix.

Here's how:

Open the Microsoft Store app.
Select "Library."
Find Pet Rescue Saga in the list or simply click on "Get Updates" to update all your apps.

Sometimes things can break or not work in the Kingdom. But don’t worry, we’ll always do everything we can to fix any issue quickly, so you can get back to your game 🐶🐱

My level stayed the same, but I lost all my boosters and all my friends. Very disappointed.

I did get an update per instructed

The problems still persist.

1.) The autogenerated new User ID after the update still exist. Cannot log in because the e-mail address and password signed in to King are linked to the previous account. My right User ID is the same in all my games, please see the ID below my signature.

2.) Due to a different account generated, it's back to square one.

Can you please have the Studio fix my game and restore my previous account? I lost everything. 😔 I don't want to start over. 😥

Haven't been able to play on my laptop for around a week (except for one day) despite trying the tips. Was also taken back to level one when I tried an update via Microsoft games.

I can't play on my PC
