King screwed me and didn't give me all 15 levels this week. Anyone else on here have that problem? Mine did not go up 8007. Stopped at 8003. So, I'm missing 5 levels.

That's ok @lisamo - I've done the same over the years, gone to finish an episode only to find it's already done. Plus I've also done the opposite - sworn I'd finished an episode then wondered why I didn't get the next episode, only to find I still had to play the last level!
@Lynette , @Lady_Choo …..I feel like such a fool…I looked at lynette's example on youtube and I did do 8007 😪 I'm so sorry. I don't have the map at bottom and I swore I had 5 more levels to go. I'm sorry!!
Can we have your player ID? I will pass it over to our community manager and see if she can see anything. You could always try messaging support as well from within the game, they might get back to you a little quicker. Last time I messaged I had a quick response. Just make sure to tell them that we have directed you over there as you have tried everything. And we will see who can help first.
@Lady_Choo , I've done EVERYTHING……over and over. Updates on win 10, troubleshooting, there are no updates for the game. I don't understand. But thanks, I just hope I get next weeks levels.
Just keep checking for updates. I cannot find the comment about someone else having the same issue. So maybe they just had not completed it like Lynette suggested.
Have you logged out, rebooted and logged back in?

@Lynette , yea, I don't have the map at bottom. Yes, it's slow on my laptop…I got used to it. Funny thing though when we have petopia's it's really fast…🤷
Thanks for the screenshot, I was hoping maybe the level number was still visible. I played my episode on Win10 today to see if the same happened to me, but it didn't. (My game was so slow on there though!!)

@Lynette , It's no big deal I guess at this point. I just hope I get my 2 episodes next week? Everything is up to par on my laptop. It would be nice if I had the last 5 games but like I said, I hope I get my games next week. Thank you for your help….hopefully, something can be done if not oh well…lol.

I'm sorry @lisamo, I'd not heard this problem with this episode (it has happened before though) (Are you also sure you've actually passed level 8003? Sometimes the stars don't get saved and a level needs repeating.) It's more likely a device specific problem and only happening on Win 10 app or something! Please provide a screenshot if you can and we'll pass it on.
@Lady_Choo , I checked for updates…made sure my laptop was up to date, did troubleshooting. So all that is up to date. I wrote King but no response. Thank you so much for checking into this for me.
I could be wrong but I am sure I saw a comment earlier. I assume you checked for updates after completely closing the game?

I think its more than just you but I will tag @Lynette as she has been playing them….hopefully we can find something out tomorrow when our CM is back in the office.
