Can we have your player ID? I will pass it over to our community manager and see if she can see anything. You could always try messaging support as well from within the game, they might get back to you a little quicker. Last time I messaged I had a quick response. Just make sure to tell them that we have directed you over there as you have tried everything. And we will see who can help first.
That's ok @lisamo - I've done the same over the years, gone to finish an episode only to find it's already done. Plus I've also done the opposite - sworn I'd finished an episode then wondered why I didn't get the next episode, only to find I still had to play the last level!
