Just keep checking for updates. I cannot find the comment about someone else having the same issue. So maybe they just had not completed it like Lynette suggested.
Have you logged out, rebooted and logged back in?
@Lady_Choo , I've done EVERYTHING……over and over. Updates on win 10, troubleshooting, there are no updates for the game. I don't understand. But thanks, I just hope I get next weeks levels.
Can we have your player ID? I will pass it over to our community manager and see if she can see anything. You could always try messaging support as well from within the game, they might get back to you a little quicker. Last time I messaged I had a quick response. Just make sure to tell them that we have directed you over there as you have tried everything. And we will see who can help first.
@Lynette , @Lady_Choo …..I feel like such a fool…I looked at lynette's example on youtube and I did do 8007 😪 I'm so sorry. I don't have the map at bottom and I swore I had 5 more levels to go. I'm sorry!!
That's ok @lisamo - I've done the same over the years, gone to finish an episode only to find it's already done. Plus I've also done the opposite - sworn I'd finished an episode then wondered why I didn't get the next episode, only to find I still had to play the last level!
