Hi, I've also been stuck on this one!
The two main things I noticed are that you need every move top let virus blocks populate, so there are enough and every single diamond that falls needs to be collected (they stop once 30 are on the board)
Below are some examples of how I completed the level, note I did use extra moves both times, but if you have them you could use boosters to get you through instead!
