Just to let you know, I went back to that level to play it. I remember it. I had to use paint brush to get off that level. It might take you one or two paint brush, but I got off. Also you can use the rocket, I have to use boosters to get off of the majority of levels now. It's not playing for fun anymore but to keep moving in the games. They have taken so many moves away, you don't have a choice but to use boosters. Most don't have boosters so, you don't have a choice.

The response from King3107 is not actually support or anything to do with King. he isn't a CM or a mod or a kingster. Its just a randomly assigned number and for some reason, he likes to answer like hes working for king. But he isn't. Apologies for the confusion.

I will do that Lynette, I didn't know. I just assumed you saw the post and sent it out. I will from now on send you to or Lady-Choo. If possible. I would like to stock up on boosters to help in having fun with the Petopia Halloween. I wish these levels weren't so hard to try and get off, having to use so many boosters until you have none. Can't even stock up anymore on The Mystery weekend ship. I said my peace, have a great weekend.

Lynette, I hope you get this message with another issue having with the game. If not then I will try and reach out to Lady_Choo. I was trying to play Mystery Mountain. I was on the last game. I had 14 moves left, the game said to few and then it went back to the first game. I got to the end of the game again. I had 18 moves before it did this again. I wanted to know if there is something new that I'm not familiar with the game? Did something change with a surprise ending that I'm not familiar with? I played to get the bars and then as I got past to the 5th game, this started happening. It closes on me before all the move are done. What is going on? Please.

Can someone pls help with many ongoing issues in my game please? Mystery mountain was not available for nearly all of last year and came back around end of August and disappeared 3 weeks later because of 'testing'. This is the second time testing has affected my account, I have not seen Petopia on my app for years, it seems your team are targeting the same people for testing over and over again which I understand are chosen randomly but surely you have records of which players / areas are being targeted every time. It's totally unfair to keep targeting the same players time after time when it comes to testing. Right now I can only play levels and Weather Alert once a week that's it and it has been like this for a long time. Can someone please advise, so I am able to enjoy all the features like most players. Thanks

Hi @Peanut7139 it sounds like you were playing a level where it can end suddenly if you loose a Pet, or there are no more valid moves (groups of blocks to collect) This can mean a level finishes even though you have moves left because you cannot complete the level goal any more.

Remember Lynette how long I've been playing this game. I'm aware of losing animals, also when there are no more combinations. I had bombs and I'm using the add boosters for all the games. I'm adding screen shots throughout the game so you can see. I didn't lose any animals because there are none to lose. I'm aware of when there are no combinations left. I had bombs like I do now. I also had a boosters available for both. It just gave me that to few and closed back to back. I saw I still had the bombs and I also had the booster that I hadn't used. I had those 14 and then 18 moves left. Here are the screen shots.
I wanted you to see there is no reason for the game to close on me with this still available. Thanks

Your not the only one with issue. I just opened the game to play and Petopia and it said I won all these boosters and the pet ate a certain amount. When I checked to see the extra boosters were there, nothing added. I'm done playing.
