Hi everyone, the loading problems due to Petopia have been reported. Petopia is due to end 5th of November so hopefully all will go back to 'normal' then!!
Hi there are always some of us who have loading problems everytime there is a Petopia event 😕 I will pass your feedback on to the game makers.
My game won't load on my Samsung phone or tablet. I checked for updates, but didn't find any.

I’m having the same problems on my iPhone and iPad! Soo annoying! This has happened the last couple of Petopia events. Not fun at all.
Petopia needs to go, problems everytime!!!
Maybe it will go back to normal once petopia is over? 🤞🏼
we have the same problem that when Petopia is there, the ipad and iphone keeps only spinning after a few days!!!!!

i have 3 android phones one brand new it will not open on any of them.As other`s have said it has been like this for nearly a week.I wonder if it is not being aknowledged as a problem as the advertiser`s would not be happy to know there alot of people unable to see their advert`s.
Deja eue le probleme depuis Petopia avec le marche les plantations etc donc ce n'est pas nouveau et heureusement je ne l'ai pas eue cette fois , j'avais deja signaler et rien ne change , ils sont incapable de reparer .Mais ils insistent a le remettre . Comme vous sur tel et tablette impossible de jouer a ce jeu ..
I can’t log in on any of my devices. I’ve tried 3. Did all the tricks and even uninstalled. This city game is a nightmare. Worse part is right before this started lagging, I purchased a 1hr package and didn’t get to use my time. This is. It the first time these problems occur every time petopia even starts but this is the worse!!! Usually it’s just waiting a couple mins between screens but now, forget it!!! Since Friday, I can’t get it. Finally after 10-15 mins of loading per app loads. After playing and winning a level it then takes 15 mins to load back to main. This is frustrating. I’ve tried deleting everything in the city, all the candies and houses, can’t get much done cause it crashes while doing so. But still after clearly out a good chick it will not load! Get rid of it! Or fix this problem cause it’s dragging on! And I didn’t get to take advantage of my purchase!

Evert time you have a Petophia my ipad crashes or take over an hour to load, its not a cache problem has to do with your code for Petophia, once it does load I am fine until I pass the level then will not load or takes for ever. Frustrated. Please modify your code
So I’ve updated all my Apps, deleted PRS twice and reinstalled it twice, I’ve removed all redundant Apps, I’ve forced shutdown on my devices several times but the game will still not load. Do I assume this is forever or is anyone doing anything to fix this?
