It should in theory but doesn't always but the tags should. Don't leave a space between the symbol and as you start typing, names should appear. when you see the one you want, tap on it and you will know if it worked as it will go green like this @Peanut7139 instead of just typed. Then we get the tags. Hopefully haha.

Greetings @Lynette , I'm not playing Petopia Halloween anymore. I enjoyed the game last year and won a lot of boosters and prizes from it. Also that was the situation for the Christmas one. Lynette since I've been on this game for years, I've really haven't ask for help and any extras since I've been playing. Is there any chance I can get some boosters to amount to how much I would have gotten since I've been playing? If not it is okay, I'm collecting candies and when its time to collect the rewards, I don't get any. I need them to help with the games, they get harder, and there are less moves to get off of them. I just want the rewards I would have gotten while playing. I can send you a screen shot of how far I've gone in the game. That's all and thanks.

Hi @Peanut7139 I'm just a player like yourself so cannot give any boosters.
If you write to customer service via the 'help' button in your game and explain your situation they can access your game and sometimes do compensate when you ask.2 -
@Lynette , I know you can't Lynette but I thought it would be better coming from you since you know my situation an we've been talking about it. They would know that what I'm saying is true. That was why I was bringing it to you first because they don't know what has happened or has been going on. I'll reach out to them. Thanks

Click on this, then you'll see a 'help' button
click 'help' and you'll be able to write directly to them.

Greetings @Lynette , I found it. In Settings the Help button, the privacy policy, Account, and Community buttons. I want you to know I'm in it and I can see it. I pushed all the buttons and the Help button is the only one that is not taking me to it. All the other button work fine and the page changed to take me there. Is there any other option to get me there? I keep trying but it's the only one that after I tap on it, nothing happens. I hold the button down and nothing happens. Any suggestion or can you send them a message for me or can I reach out to them through my email? Let me know please. Thanks
