it is fixed….new levels completed for this week as well…booster draining levels but completed…

I think you mis-read my comment. Don't use any boosters until the balloons start to drop.
It is almost impossible to get those 4 blocks without using boosters. And i dont want to risk moore bosters than i already did. The balloons should show much earlier.

Hi Irelem, the balloons didn't drop straight away, they dropped when I had about 4 more blocks to collect, it was then I used what boosters I had to get the remaining blocks, I nearly didn't complete but thankfully I did. Keep trying, but don't use any of your boosters (or as some people call them toys) until you see the balloons. Also, I did restart my laptop before I played.
Hi @Beauty41_ Level 7846 does not ask for red blocks, the example shown is rainbow colored, this means you can collect ANY color block. In this case it is any colored X2 block.
Here are some tips for you: Use the paint when you can - to make the X2 blocks it needs (any color X2 is acceptable for this level)
Also, remove large groups of blocks as this seems to make more locked blocks fall (which you also need to collect)
Don't bother wasting moves by using your key booster as enough fall within the game to unlock the locked blocks.
