I was not saving my progress and I never had an account. I now have an account and I am logged in. Per this paragraph below, can you please try to restore my previous level? I’ve been playing Pet Rescue for several years but I don’t remember what level I was at. Can anything be done?

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
