How can I fix the issues that I have logging in with Facebook on my iPad in all of my King games?

Hello!
I have been playing some of the King games for quite a few years, across many different devices, without any problems. About a year ago, I acquired a brand new iPad Air 5th Generation, which right now has the iPadOS version 18.3.1. A few months ago I started being unable to log in with Facebook on Pet Rescue Saga, therefore I can’t save my progress. I also realised recently that I can’t log in in any of the other games that I play. I tried uninstalling Facebook and one of the games, which is Blossom Blast, installed them again and the issue continues, that one is back to Level 1.

It keeps telling me “it’s time to reconnect” but when I try to log in, it won’t go further than the login page. I checked the password and it’s correct.

Can anybody please help? 🥺

    Hi @dianakotori, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble when login with your Facebook account across your games.

    Would you be so kind as to try removing your games from Facebook and then restart your game and try to reconnect?

    Hi, Kevin. Thank you for your quick answer. I tried doing this with Blossom Blast since it is the game I have with less played levels, and it didn’t work. I’m kind of wary of deleting the other ones, especially Pet Rescue, because in that one I’m above Level 8000. 😅 I guess it’s an issue with this particular device, because I also have the games on an Android phone, and they seem to be able to connect to Facebook without any issue there (even if they are behind in the number of played levels in respect to the iPad). Do you think the problem is because I have them installed in both devices at the same time, even if I haven’t played on the phone since I got the iPad? I just opened them recently to see if they worked…

    As of Tuesday, 11th of March, it’s working again! I can log in all of my games and save my progress. Thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰
