Update on the Chest Quest 🐶🌟

Hey Pet Savers 🐾

We want to give you a heads-up about an upcoming change in the game. The Chest Quest feature, where players collect stars to unlock rewards, will soon be removed from Pet Rescue Saga 😿

So if one day you notice the chest is no longer on your welcome screen, don’t worry! It’s not a bug or a temporary glitch, but a planned change.

We know this feature has been a popular one for many of you. It’s always satisfying to see the meter fill up and collect a prize. So yes, we completely understand this might be disappointing news, especially when it affects something you've truly enjoyed.

🐾 So, why is this happening?

This decision wasn’t made lightly. The removal of Chest Quest is part of a broader plan to make space for new and exciting updates that we’re really looking forward to sharing with you soon! ✨

So stay tuned, Pet Savers—more fun and surprises are on the way! 🐾

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve been feeling 😔 The decision to remove the Chest Quest was made to make room for new features coming to the game. That said, your frustration is understandable, especially when those new features haven’t yet appeared. Please know that more updates are on the way, and we hope you’ll enjoy what’s coming next.

Regarding the missing Gold Bars, could you please share a bit more detail about when this happened? For example, was it during a specific event or after claiming a certain reward? Any additional info will help us understand what might have gone wrong and pass it along to the team properly.

So why did you remove the booster treasure chest if your costumers enjoyed it, it helped to have more time to play your game!!! Kinda don't make sense to remove it. So close to deleting this game because not only are you all removing stuff from game that people enjoy,but 3 times I had 50 plus gold bars, just to wake up and all of them be gone. I dont want you to respond by saying contact customer service, because I did and it didn't help.. some random message saying sorry, DOES NOT replace my bars. Another problem is some Fridays I get mystery mountain, sometimes nothing (so this where the treasure chest help with playing time) , sometimes weather alert levels and sometimes NOT. WITH ALL THESE problems with you game, one should think that you would not take away bonuses from your players.

We all agree as players that we loved the possibility to help or be helped by a friend on the levels, the bonuses given by the Quest chest, etc. It is one of the longer lasting games on Meta , it would be a shame to "kill it" slowly as it looks now..

Hi @Javikas we all miss the map, but the map was part of the game when it was designed to be played on a computer.
All that data is probably too much for a mobile game. Games these days need to be more streamlined to be able to be played on mobile devices.
Many players already complain that their devices crash when extra events like Petopia are added to the game 😕

Hi, what you need to do is return the map with the reward at the end of the world.

The art and the excitement of seeing the world incentivized you to keep playing.

The map offered more playability and could have been revamped to include races, chest hunts, missions, more modern colored icons, and countless events.

Not to mention, the game needs more variety in pets and blockers.

I hope you listen to the proposal.

Level 9400
Is there something wrong with level 9400 or is it just me? It seems like only 7 pets would drop down not 9 like it needs to pass the level. I've tried passing the level several times using up all my boosters for nothing cause I still didn't pass the level.

My Husband and I both play pet saga and he has the Christmas petopia and my game does not have it. Can you let me know 8f I will be getting it soon.
Add more levels!
Having completed all levels and waiting patiently for every Tuesday to come around, I find it so frustrating to not be able to complete weekly challenges or monthly challenges because you can't progress. I'd be happy to have repeated challenges from earlier inthe game, where you can progress rather than none!
