Issues with the sound and update

the music actually starts then stops. The update page is still hanging around. How to fix these issues?

Hey there! Thanks for informing of the device you're using.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps and let me know if they fix the issue:

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds
Update your device to the latest version of iOS and check for any updates for the game app
Make sure that you have enough storage on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link

If they don't work, please send me the following details about your device and game version:

Which Software Version is installed? Go to Settings > General, then tap About to find your Software Version.
What version of the game are you running? Open the Settings app. Go to General > Usage. Under the Storage section, wait till it shows the list of apps. Click on the game app to see the App Version.

Still NO mystery mountain…..so frustrating…. its been months PLEASE fix it !!!!! I have tried everything you say to do, my husband get it and he sits right next to me. i have tried my ipad instead of computer and it still does not work! We should all be on the say advanages…. NOT FAIR !!
