What is going on with the State Farm ad? The game freezes every time it pops up. I’m losing my streak because I try for another life and I get that ad. It’s been happening for a few days. Please fix it!

I am having the same problem. It’s so frustrating. Also have this problem when the Mountain Dew with the jet ski ad pops up. Please fix!

Are you ever going to fix /remove State Farm Ad from Candy Crush and, I guess, Pet Saga?
Beginning to feel like there’s no point to continue clicking on the “view ad” tab any further, as the broken State Farm ad comes up 10-1 of the others and there’s nothing you can do except close out the game and restart!
Get your sh!t together King….either fix the @#$damn State Farm ad or remove it 😡
so far this worked for me, I have no idea if it will work for you, so it’s at your own risk.
I offloaded the Pet Rescue app by doing this: open the Settings app, tap General, then select iPhone Storage, then pick Pet Rescue. Offload the app which should keep all your data and position. Then reload Pet Rescue. When I restarted the Pet Rescue app, so far, I haven’t seen the State Farm ad. Don’t know if it will stay this way.

I've been playing this game for years. Now I am getting an ad that locks up the game. Seems to be a state farm game.

I can’t believe that there has not been any response to our concern. What a terrible support system they have in place. Ignoring these posts/problems is rude.
I thought the people working at King cared about their customers. Is it really that hard to stop an ad from appearing? Apparently, it is because that’s the only ad I see on Pet Rescue.
Anyone else having trouble with the State Farm advert? Have done everything that has been suggested, no luck. It goes nowhere, no “X” to go back to game.
This is happening to me too. Unfortunately, it’s not the first ad to do this but it comes up consistently. Very annoying and frustrating. Please respond to these concerns.

Aren’t you able to test ads before they’re allowed to be posted? I assume you test levels before they’re used in a game.

I have been having the same problem ! There is no ability to close the ad. I’ve played the game and let it sit open for several minutes. There is no X or Reward to use. I’m at level 9027. This is image after you select a player and the game plays for 30 seconds. No escape except to close game.
This is what opens to start. Looks like I’m not seeing full screen as it seems there are more players that are lower.

please check all ads before allowing them t be used in your games. Those that don’t work are frustrating to your users and I’m sure frustrating to your vendors as well. The State Farm ad should be removed.
I’ve been having this issue for about a week. It is the only ad I receive now. I’m in the US and get at all times during the day.
I was at level 9000-ish but in trying to log in I somehow lost my account and am back to level 1. 😡
