I took part an event in Pet Rescue where I earned some gold bars. When I next played I got a message saying thy had been claimed. I didn't claim them & I'm the only person who uses the tablet. I don't play Pet Rescue on any other device

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
