I took part an event in Pet Rescue where I earned some gold bars. When I next played I got a message saying thy had been claimed. I didn't claim them & I'm the only person who uses the tablet. I don't play Pet Rescue on any other device

I'm the only one who uses the tablet & I only play Pet Rescue on that device. Looking at other posts in the Community lots of other people have had the same problem

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
