    Im having this issue for a week now.
    Cant load the game at all and just get the "You have experienced an error" message.

    when I play at a friends house, it works fine.
    a different computer at the same house has the same issue.

    Please help.

    this black cat with the orange back ground is driving me crazier then normal. i am trying to help a friend pass level 2579 and every time i get to the bottom this screen comes up. it use to come up maybe every 3rd try now it is happening every time. i have had good boards to win this level but as soon as i try the orange screen is there.  please help

    I contacted Kings direct and they say they are working on it but can't give me a date when it will be fixed.

    I have passed this on to the Game Studio now.

    The Game Studio is looking into this and counting to have a fix for this in place in a forthcoming update. I will post here when we know which exact update and when.

    i have had the same problem for months - orange cat until yesterday.   Now I get the solid black screen when trying to finish a level - when I am just about to win a level - and recently the beginning of the newest level where I can't finish even the first one without it crashing on every play.  SICK AND TIRED OF NOT GETTING TO PLAY AND LOSING BOOSTERS.  If you can't fix it at least give us more weather islands like before to get the boosters back we lose due to the errors from your game!!!!!

    TapeID: 1035044722, concerne pet rescue saga, je viens de réussir le niveau 2506 écran orange erreur, j'actualise et on me demande de recommencer le niveau de plus j ai perdu ma bombe. Ce n'est pas la première fois.

    I have some petriffic news!

    This should now be fixed, but to get the fix live in your game you will need to clear the cache and cookies on the browser.
