My game freezes in the middle constantly. I have lost so many tools it's sickening.I buy rocket use it and it freezes.

The crashing and freezing on Pet Rescue is getting worse and worse - May you should consider using the technical team from Candy crush or Forrest Rescue to fix Pet Rescue as this technical team has no idea how to fix it and the other games never crash - Would be nice to play without all the crashing and freezing - and GETTING A RESPONSE FROM Y"ALL would really be nice

As soon as I am close to finishing out a screen it freezes up and tells me to log out and try again later.

Hi @Tboltsue ! I was referring to the error message that @echirichetti keeps getting.

If you don't get any error message. Just that the game keep freezing, please try with reinstalling the game to get it back on track:

-First, remove the game from your Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

-Clear the cache on your browser

-Close the browser

-Reinstall the game

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date.

At times the game works when using an incognito window on Chrome or Mozilla.
