pet rescue saga game at ipad

since two or three days I lost my lifes. Now I have only one at the envelope. There were about 34. What happened ? I lost the lifes only on my ipad. On PC lifes are still there.

I understand that it's a disappointing feeling when you lose stored Lives in your game.

Lives can occasionally be lost with an update of the game, when the game crashes, after clearing the cache on the browser you play on or clearing the cache in the mobile app.

Lives can also be reset after various technical issues either in the browser you play on or on Facebook, or, if you play on mobile technical issues either in the game itself or on the mobile device you are playing on.

Note also that if you have Lives stored for a longer time and do not use them, the game can reset the mailbox to free some memory and improve the game's functionality.

Lost Lives cannot be restored since they are not backed up in our system like the progress and purchased items. Please ask for new Lives from friends to be able to play more than the in-game 5 Lives Lives that reload.

I logged out and in too, but nothing happened. I will try it again.

Love Meter
My love meter does nothing when I win levels. The version I am playing is 4.11.2.0 User id #1016789728 HP-Device Microsoft is the operating system. Please help!!!!!
Playing since November 2025, I haven't seen any more pets drop than 3. I've watched 2 youtube videos
This 9468 isn't that hard to play. I just need the pets. The two videos on youtube, the pets are there. That is my only issue. I've watched them multiple times. What more can I do? I realize it's not just me, there are post with this same level before me. I keep playing it over and over again, there are sometimes no pets.…
