@seaqueenuk We are not able to find any errors from our side in the game and no other players have reported any connection issues with the store.
If you have a Windows 10 PC you can also download the game directly to your computer from Microsoft Store and play via the Windows app instead. Click here to download the game to your Windows 10 PC.
Please note that Windows 7 will no longer be supported from 14 January.0 -
I did this and ended up back on level 1. in the game i am on level 2482 so i dont fancy starting right back at the beginning , thank you0

Dont worry about your level if you previously played on Facebook or King account, you can contact our Player Support directly, here.Please contact us using the link at the bottom of this page:

It's been about 3 weeks since I was able to connect to the store. How can I fix this problem?
