Have you tried with the troubleshooting on the page? Clearing cache and cookies, trying different browsers? If you are on a Windows PC you can also download the game directly to your computer from Microsoft Store and play via the app instead.

hello thanks for your answer I already deleted cookies and tried other browsers in vain!!! the error message appeared suddenly when I never had a problem with teleloading
my pc is on windows 7 no problem however to play on my phone I am disappointed

@pierrefine Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, so if none of the troubleshooting works, then you will need to continue on the phone or try on another computer that has Windows 10 I'm afraid.0

Hi Crazy Cat Lad, yes its me back again, it has been a very frustrating time for me on PRS. I am constantly getting Duplicate page errors and no internet error when I have no duplicate page and I have internet connection.
This is what I have tried:
deleting cache
deleting and reloading PRS
Checking that I have the latest Facebook.
Cleaning up my hard drive.
I am on the latest Windows on a laptop.
Just do not know what is wrong. Today I must have had over the time playing at least 20 - 25 error messages and like others it always seems to be when am doing well in that particular level, even one time when obtaining the level on refreshing I did not have it.
Sorry, I deleted but forgave the game after a while and came back but its worse than ever now.

I have been getting error message and after I restart the game it never takes me back to my level. I finished the all the level in a segment in they take me back to the one before it which I already finished. I've been experienced this for quite sometime and it also take my bonus that I won away. Fix this game to play well so that it is an enjoyable one again.
