Pet Rescue Saga Issues

For the past 2 days I have had issues with Pet Rescue Saga. I either get a blace screen in the midle of play or I get a message that says I have duplicate tabs of the game open please close one, I only have one tab open. When I exit out and come back in I have to refresh the screen twice before the game will load, I am able to play for a little bit than bam I get the duplicate tab messgae or the screen goes black. I have tried uninstalling, cleaning the cache/browser and reinstalling the game, started playing and up pops the duplicate tab button. This has happened on several occassions and I am very frustrated, I am on level 2436 and enjoy the game, really don't want to uninstall the game but I can't continue to play if this continues, please help!!!!

Please try with reinstalling the game to get it back on track:
1) First, remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
2) Clear the cache on your browser
3) Close the browser.
Try also another browser than you currently are using. Other recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome and Opera. Make also sure your browsers are up to date.

i already took the steps above and my game is still not working, what can i do?

Having same issue and I did as they said reinstalling clear my browser. The last time the page went blank took all my items. Ready to not play this worked hard to get all the items I had.
