I am going to report this to one of the Community Moderators. Would you provide your player ID, the device you are using to try to log into the game, and the version of the app you're using. You'll have to log into one of your other games to find your ID. Go to your profile and touch the King symbol above your profile picture and the ID will appear.
This information is needed so that the CM can look at your account and possibly try to recreate the problem.

Please make sure that the device has at least 2 GB of free memory and that the RAM is at least 1 GB.
The OS needs to be Android 4.4.4 or higher version or iOS 8 or later.
If all these are OK, and the game still won't load or keeps crashing, then the only solution is to do a factory reset on the device.
Please be aware that you do a factory reset at your own risk and also make sure that the device is properly backed up before doing this.
The reinstall of the app it self should help though if the memory, RAM and OS is all OK.
