Duplicate Tags
Hi PR
I have been tolerating the frequent error messages but the last duplicate tab error arrived after I had obtained, and used the gold bear, had 5 moves and one last pet to get to finish a difficult level in the new set of levels. The others that I have had today were much the same dubious timing but this one was very obviously to stop me completing the level. Why is this happening please?

The nature of error investigation sometimes means that these are caused by problems that lie outside King and so can’t be fixed.To make sure the fixes are visible in your game, please clear the cache and cookies for your browser and make sure to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera wherever possible. If you’re still seeing the issue after trying these steps, then we would strongly recommend you try to play on mobile instead. If you have a Windows 10 PC you can also download the game app directly to your computer and play via the Windows app instead. Click here to download the game to your Windows 10 PC.

Thanks Crazycatlad and Kiara_wael, Thank you for your help, i finally got past the Level I was on and up to the road block and I have read all the advice and help messages but it is getting very frustrating, for instance, today none of the duplicate messages but I cant get the extra lives from my friends, it is always something unfortunately because I do love the game.
I play on windows 10 in Facebook, have chrome for my search engine and have done so many game refreshes I simply dont want to do it any more so am plugging on. Sometimes it gets too much and I think that PR should know as it might help.

@Annie_Soutter Since you are on W10, you can always switch to the app from Microsoft Store.
Myself I prefer to play both Pet Rescue, Candy Crush and Pyramid Solitaire via the app than a browser. You can download the game from here.

This is the problem. I have 5 candy crush games. This is the only 1 that dose it . I got great wifi so that's not the problem
