Hello,
i know how to update from the play store. I update as soon as the updates are available. However, the problem has not been fixed. Frustrating.

It says, last updated 17 June:
There has been two updates after that, so the issue seems to be in Google Play Store.
Try with reinstalling the app and clearing the Google Play Store cache and see if that gets the game updated.
!! Fist make sure your game is connected to Facebook or your King account so the levels are saved and can be restored.
Delete the game app:
-Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
-Locate the menu called 'Apps' or 'Application Manager' depending on the device model
-Scroll down until you find the 'Pet Rescue Saga' and tap 'Uninstall'
After this reset the Settings in the Google Play Store app:
-Go to the app called 'Settings' again and 'Apps' or 'Application Manager'
-Scroll down to the 'Google Play Store'
-From here click on 'Clear cache' then 'Uninstall updates’ and finally 'Clear data'. Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - don't worry as it's just a reset.
Final steps:
-Restart the device
-Download the game again from Google Play Store
-Open the game and reconnect it to your Facebook or Kingdom account to restore the levels (please note that Booster will be lost

Hi @Crazy Cat Lad , excuse me to jump in, but I think Darinking PRS app has no problem at all. As i check my also an Android system, my last update was june 19, the last version is 1.236.10, same as the player. I also check several Apk sites and this is the latest version for Android.

@tsaytds is exactly correct! My game is fully updated with what is available.
Also I previously mentioned that a full reinstall would fix the game. Howerever I will lose levels and boosters. If I do so, I don't want to start over from whatever level the first occurred.
Frustrated!!

Your levels can be restored by reconnecting the game to your King or Facebook account where you saved the game on.
Boosters can only be restored if they were purchased though.

@Crazy Cat Lad The last time I was able to connect and sync was over 400 levels ago. If I reinstall, I will lose boosters and levels.
What is it that you do not understand about this?
