To be able to pass a timed level you need to play until the time is up and hit the target of required points without any bomb exploding. All the levels that say "Get ... points in ... seconds" you need to play until the time is up before you can pass the level. And, if a Candy Bomb explodes, the game will end immediately…

Boosters are saved directly to your device's memory and will be lost if you delete and reinstall the game app or reset the device. I sent you some new boosters, they will pop up as soon as you open the game on your mobile. Have a Sweet day!

Boosters are saved directly to the device's memory and can therefore not be transferred or synced to other devices. Only the progress and gold bars can be synced across devices and platforms. I sent some new boosters to your game. You will receive them on the device where you open the game the next time. Have a Sweet day!

Reconnect the game to the Facebook or Kingdom account where you saved the game and you should be back on your level. I messaged you so we can restore it manually just in case you didn't have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom.
