This is what I am talking about. No winter chest, no collected stars, and no road map. All I see now is a dog sitting by a van with nothing to do.

Mine still crashes, but i don't want Halloween Petopia or any other Petopia event removed from my game. Petopia events are where i get the most enjoyment, boosters and silver coins. I literally live for Petopia events so please fix the problem causing a whole load of players headaches.

By the way, the "Here's how to find your player ID" is useless too as it not responding.

Since the Halloween Petopia started, the game has consistently crashed or my device screen goes black. However your suggestion to remove Petopia is not helpful.
