Hi again. It seems I can’t connect with only my King account on any of the King games, I only have Candy Crush connected to facebook and it is the only one that works. All other games says no connection, and nothing happens when I try to connect with facebook instead. I don’t know where I should seek help, any tips?

Hello. Thank you for the tips, I did as instructed but with the same results, no connection. I can’t try to connect with facebook either because it does not even let me get to choose what I would like to connect with. It just shows the failed message with no options :(

Hello again! I checked the game this morning and the problem was still occuring. But I read your post now and went to the game to find my player Id, and Voila I am back at level 2051! I am just happy I don’t have to replay 89 levels I already finished! So problem solved for me :) Thank you for the help Debrichmond!

Any new info about this? I see several has clicked your latest post as helpful so i expect I am not the only one with this problem still.

I have tried all the troubleshooting but I still have no new levels, only 1940. there are no new updates as this happened when I updated to the latest one, and yes I have double checked.

I have the same problem with blossom blast saga for iphone, I was sent back to level 1940 after I updated to version 100.4.0.1 and have no available levels after that even though I have played so much more. Does that mean I’ve lost all my progress after level 1940? Also, how do I get the map to show me the newer levels…
