You can open such a window by right clicking on the browser icon on your desktop or from the browser settings which you can find from the right top corner of your browser.

  • Great, thanks! It seems that we're having some issues with the timer appearing. The free climb should show up but just be patient and check your game from time to time. Our game team is working on it :+1:

If you have the message "Come back soon for a free climb" but don't have the timer, you will get the free climb but the timer may come a little delayed.
