Hi @DrMichelineRizk, yes you can set up an account through the Kingdom. The first thing that you need to do is to start an account and my suggestion would be to start a Kingdom account. Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

Sadly, we cannot restore progress in the community due to data protection issues. I was at the level 2365 candy crush and I was connected to Facebook but someone hacked my Facebook account and I come back to level one. Is it any method to recover my level without Facebook because I cannot access my account

I played myself up to level 820 to 830 something I can't remember clearly. but I have mistakenly clicked the facebook connection so the game back to the starting line is level 1. what can I do now to play my level over 800 ?. The previous link facebook has been lost. Looking forward to receiving help from the game founder soon. 😞😞

Step 1 - Open game app and log out from Facebook.
Step 2 - Open Facebook app and log out. then click the option 'Log Into Another Account'. Log in to Facebook using your another ID.
Step 3 - Restart your device
Then open game app again and press the 'Played Before' button.

I have 2 candy crush connected differently with two diff fb accounts. In 1 game I am at level 6. In the other I am at Level 3000+. I accidentally deleted the candy crush app. Once I downloaded it I can only access the account that is level 6. How do I access the other accounts level 3000+?

If your facebook is hacked, you can continue the game through the Kingdom. If you have not made a Kingdom id, create it first & contact King Care https://soporto.king.com/contact
