It sounds like your game has connected to Kingdom. Go to to the settings and log out from here (via the orange icon) then log back into Facebook from the home screen.

Do you have a lot of apps open when you play? Have you cleared the memory cache lately? If none of this helps then honestly, I would delete and install the game again.

How did you save your progress on your old phone. Facebook/Kingdom? Just reconnect to this account from the app home screen on your new phone.
