Do you have the latest version of the app? I'm sure this issue was resolved recently so head to the app store and update if you can.

They are obviously there to entice you to play and progress and earn the rewards. I've seen a few players that have said that signing out and back into Kingdom/Facebook has helped them to get the rewards.

If you search by date order on youtube then you should be able to find one with the latest version. I didn't realise the level was updated sorry!

From what I can see the new episode is out but not on iOS devices yet, so Facebook and Android only right now.

The best method is to create a Kingdom account. Open each game and in the bottom left you will see the settings menu and in here will be an orange icon. Here you can create your account with an email and password. Then you can use this account on your new phone to transfer the games over.

I would check your payment details are correct first, then maybe try to make a payment in another browser to see if this is the issue. Maybe even check your internet connect, restart your browser and narrow down the cause of the issue.

Level 600 is the last level right now so you won't see any further levels until the next update/release :)

I don't think it would be permitted. The only version of the app that's legit is the one directly from the app store. Installing an old version of the game that's not official, you run the risk of installing something that can damage your device.

You need to open up Candy and go to the settings (home screen, bottom left). Then scroll down to log out of Facebook. Restart your phone and then log into the Facebook app and then open up Candy to reconnect.
