  • Did you try what I recommended? The only other thing I can think is to clear the game cache so it resets the memory and you can try again from day 1.

  • However you saved your progress previously, just go into the app settings and reconnect (Facebook/Kingdom). This should return your game to the last played level :)

  • This can happen if he has used your device to play or if he has logged into his Facebook in the app or browser. Disconnect the game from Facebook/Kingdom. Log out of Facebook in the app and the browser, restart and log back in again to everything normally. This should restore your games.

  • If more than one game is affected then it says to me its the device and not the game. Its not normal that all games crash at the same time. Let me know what you have tried and I will try to think what else you can do. Have you checked how much Ram and memory you have free?

  • How did you save your levels previously, Facebook or Kingdom. You only need to go to the settings on the home page (bottom left) and here you can check and reconnect if you need to. This should restore your game :)

  • It could be that you have lost your connect to your Facebook/Kingdom account. Check in the settings (home screen, bottom left) and see if you are connected. Once you connect your game should return.
