Treasure Mill is a timed event so its only available for a few hours. If you check the next time it appears, there is normally a timer that will let you know how long it is available for.

This can happen with any app on any phone, its just the memory of the device. If I'm using instagram and then I switch to google chrome and back, instagram will completely reload sometimes. It's the device memory and not the actual apps. I'm not sure if there is a setting to change it, you will have to check your device :)

I know with a lot of King's promotions they don't go out to all players, so it could be a case that it was just removed from your game and maybe you will get it the next time it's released.

It could be that you need to update the game. If both apps are not showing all the levels then this is generally the case. Head over to iTunes/Google, whichever app store you have, search for the games and see if you can update them.

There's a timer on the mobile, but it's not on the Facebook version so it depends what you're playing on. Have you asked friends for help, is this an option for you?

From my experience if you don't have a mailbox then it just means you don't have messages right now. I know that messages don't transfer so this means you could have them on your mobile/tablet but not on your PC so it's possible.
