Hey @PrettyBubbles 👋 Yep, i've done that multiple times but it's not helping. This is the first time it's happened though. Usually when there's an update it doesn't affect anything on the profiles.

So my game is back and on the right chapter/level, but I don't understand why I'm getting pop ups explaining everything to me like i'm a newbie. I'm nearly on level 7000, surely the system can differentiate between me having to just log in, and a new account?

Nope, still won't let me log in.

Samsung android 12 and I can't remember the other off the top of my head, but both devices have plenty of free space, at least 5GB free, on each. I'll try and change my details again and see if it'll let me log in.

I'm typing everything in @PrettyBubbles , there's no auto fill saved on either devices at the present time.

It still works on my old device @PrettyBubbles , i'm obviously still logged in, but the device itself keeps going black so I can't use it. That's why i've installed it on other devices, yet for some reason I can't log in on either of them.
