Hi guys, can someone help with this issue please?
I've had to install the game on a different device because my main one is playing up, but it's not letting me log in. It keeps saying 'wrong email and password combination', but it's 100% correct, i even checked on my profile on here because I had started to doubt myself.
Up to now i've tried logging in to the game on 2 different devices and it's saying the same thing. I know my email and password are correct, so why am i having this issue?
It's the latest version as well, so that's not the issue either.
All/any help will be much appreciated π

In the update your personal details sometimes changing your password or just re righting your details afresh can work
I See the start up is allowing you to access the community are you doing this via the cog wheel on your start up screen
Let's go from the beginning to see if we can get this solved for you without you having to go to customer services

I have replied to the above but it has to be 'approved' for some inexplicable reason. It sometimes takes days for that (i've experienced it before π) which is unacceptable really when someone is asking for help.
I know it's not your fault though π€ it's the system π‘
I can't access my old device at all now @PrettyBubbles , so all I can tell you is what I see now. The app opens as normal, but obviously it shows that i'm new because I can't log in. I can use the cog to enter the community, as I just did, and logged in absolutely fine to reply to you here right now.
This is why I don't understand why the game itself is saying the email and password combination is wrong, when it very clearly isn't.
