Ok. Problem is back. I have done what Xarly said but didn't help... I always seem to have problems with this game after they have up dated it. Has there been an up date lately?

Thanks for your help Xarly, I restarted my computer and that seems to fix the problem, not sure why it happened but its working fine now. Monique mine started to play up a couple of days ago too, try restarting hopefully that works for you too.
