Hi PummyRaj, Did as you suggested but still having the same problem. Using Windows 10 on a laptop through Chrome.I can still access Pet Rescue this is loading no problem. Just wondered if you had any other suggestions. Many thanks

Hi. Yes this is the box that comes up. Just really annoying cos it takes the money but then you don't get what you have paid for. Don't think i'll bother buying anything else till it's hopefully sorted. Thanks for your response
